Founded by Kelly Deck, a well recognized West Coast talent who has worked tirelessly in the Canadian media to elevate public appreciation of Western Canada’s design talent. In addition to directing her firm, Kelly also writes a bi-weekly design column for the Globe and Mail and hosts/designs HGTV's "Take it Outside,".

Sean Anderson: Designer

Sean Anderson has designed numerous award-winning residential projects throughout Canada with a focused emphasis on the West Coast, specifically the Vancouver to Whistler corridor. Since the 1994 inception of his Whistler-based company, Progressive Concept Design Ltd, Sean has cultivated a plethora of close, professional relationships with his clients that enable him to conceive and deliver a finished product that reflects their unique style and personality.

Sean Anderson’s design approach is guided by a willingness to engage in a dialogue with both client and specialists within the building industry. Sean believes that truly successful projects depend on collaboration; the vision of the owner, the ability of the architect, and the skill of the contractor all play a key role in the final outcome. Dialogue uncovers opportunities, presents solutions and ultimately allows for a truly collaborative architecture.

With five Georgie Awards under his belt, including a Gold Georgie for “The Grove” in 2004, Sean and his team continue to receive accolades from clients and industry alike that praise his exceptional design concepts and an extraordinary aesthetic based on an intellectual and intuitive ability. Each of his buildings are unique, featuring a simplicity of design with great attention to detail. Sean’s philosophy promotes the use of indigenous natural materials wherever possible, and a symbiotic relationship between house and landscape.

Two years prior, the company won a silver Georgie for a single family detached home 3,500 square feet and over. Vision Pacific is singled out year after year as a finalist in the awards, highlighting the company’s commitment to building the finest homes in the province.
